Shorepine Vacation Rentals Rebrand

Setting the Foundation for a Refined Coastal Stay

Shorepine Vacation Rentals offers a collection of homes along the Oregon Coast, focused on ease, comfort, and connection to place. As part of a larger brand realignment under Kiwanda Hospitality Group, Shorepine (now Open Nest) needed an updated identity that felt warm, reliable, and quietly elevated.

I contributed to the early phases of the rebrand by developing initial concepts that helped set the visual tone. The final identity — based on my concept — pairs a softened wordmark with a clean, modern system that works seamlessly across print and digital. I created foundational design elements including layout studies, color direction, and a visual language that informed the final execution. While the brand manager led the full rollout, my early work helped establish a direction that honors Shorepine’s role as a grounded, trustworthy coastal experience — familiar, but thoughtfully refined.
